JLMC is now accepting new members year round!
Any woman who is at least 21 years of age and a resident of (or employed within) Manatee County is eligible to join.
Complete New Member training modules on the 8 areas of Civic Leadership.
Pay a $20 application fee upon submission of application
Complete all requirements of Active Membership
Active Members:
Attend general membership meetings at 7:00 pm on the second Tuesday of the month September -May
Volunteer 8 hours of Community Service to an outside organization that is not affiliated with your League membership
Volunteer 8 hours at any of Junior League's community projects
Pay the annual membership dues of $140
Provisional members pay dues at the first meeting of the year, while active members pay in March of the preceding league year
Sustaining Members:
Sustaining members are those members who have fulfilled the active membership requirements as defined by their individual Junior Leagues and who continue to support the Junior League of Manatee County and the community.
In order to become a sustainer, you must have 5 years of active membership with Junior League of Manatee County.
